This Privacy Policy describes how Your Data Leader ("we", "us") collects and uses information when you use our website and services. Your Data Leader is operated by Tom Arnold.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Enquiry details you submit through the contact form (name, work email, organisation, role, organisation size, area of interest, timeframe and your message).
• Your first name, work email, optional company name and your six "Find your best first move" selections, if you choose to have your extended result emailed to you, and your optional consent to be contacted about it.
• Details you provide when scheduling a conversation through our third-party scheduling provider (Calendly).

Your "Find your best first move" selections are stored in your own browser (in local storage) so you can return to them, and you can clear them at any time by clearing your browser storage. They are only sent to us if you ask us to email your extended result.

We also collect limited technical information (such as pages visited) where you accept optional analytics cookies.

How we use it

To respond to enquiries, arrange and prepare for conversations, send the extended result you requested, and follow up about it where you have given consent.

Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We use a small number of trusted processors, including our website host, Calendly for scheduling and Resend for sending email.

Your rights

Depending on your location you may have rights to access, correct or delete your data. Contact hello@yourdataleader.com.
