Optional AI agents to keep the plan moving.
Each agent supports a specific part of running data well. Add only what you need, when you need it.
How the agents work together
Together the agents form a lightweight operating layer around your data. The AI Readiness Agent decides what to ship; the Roadmap Agent keeps the plan honest; the Trust and Reporting agents make sure the data underneath is dependable; and the Governance Agent keeps everything safe to scale. You can start with one and add others as the plan matures.
Most engagements start with two agents (typically Trust + Roadmap) and add others as new AI use cases come into scope.
A typical sequence
- 1. Trust Agent — name owners and rate confidence.
- 2. Reporting Agent — clean up duplication.
- 3. Governance Agent — one-page policy + checklist.
- 4. AI Readiness Agent — score and rank use cases.
- 5. Roadmap Agent — keep it all moving.
Roadmap Agent
Plans go stale within weeks. Priorities shift, but the roadmap rarely catches up.
- Example input
- Your current 90-day plan, exec priorities, recent business changes.
- Example output
- A re-sequenced roadmap with risks flagged and the next 2–3 actions highlighted.
- Business value
- Leadership stays focused on the highest-impact work, instead of relitigating priorities every month.
Trust Agent
Nobody is sure which data can be trusted, or who owns it when it breaks.
- Example input
- A list of critical datasets, current owners (if known), recent quality incidents.
- Example output
- An ownership map, confidence rating per dataset, and the top three trust gaps to close.
- Business value
- AI and reporting can move forward on data the business actually believes in.
Reporting Agent
Reports multiply. Numbers disagree. Nobody knows which dashboard is the source of truth.
- Example input
- Inventory of dashboards or reports (e.g. Power BI workspaces, key metrics).
- Example output
- A duplication and drift report with recommended consolidations and owners.
- Business value
- One trusted view of the numbers — fewer arguments in the exec meeting.
Governance Agent
Governance feels heavy and the business routes around it.
- Example input
- Current policies (if any), critical data list, AI use cases under consideration.
- Example output
- A one-page governance policy and an AI-specific checklist for new use cases.
- Business value
- Governance the business will actually follow — and that unblocks AI rather than slowing it.
AI Readiness Agent
AI ambitions outpace data foundations. Pilots stall before reaching production.
- Example input
- Proposed AI use cases, data they depend on, current maturity score.
- Example output
- A readiness rating per use case, with the specific foundations to fix first.
- Business value
- You ship the one or two AI use cases most likely to succeed — instead of stalling on five.
